POLICY

Please note:
** No Custom Cake orders Sunday-Wednesday
** We Do Not Offer Wedding Cakes At This Time.
**All cakes are frosted in Grand Buttacream and accented in fondant, if necessary. 
**Final prices are based on servings and design. (Minimum 15 servings)


Booking and Deposit: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. INQUIRY FORMS must be filled out to receive a quote! 4 Weeks notice is Required for all custom cake orders. traditional cakes go out every friday of each week. There is a $150.00 minimum for custom cakes. Custom cakes have a minimum serving of 15. Please note that custom cake prices vary for different designs. Prices vary for each additional add on. There is a $50.00 non-refundable retainer to book your date. the remaining balance of your grand total is due 7 days prior to event date. Dates will NOT be held without a deposit.  Any orders placed 10 days or less before the event date will REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT at booking. No exceptions. Deposits are on a first come, first serve basis and Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. No Checks. All custom cake order deposit payments are to be paid via PayPal invoice. Please be advised that you are responsible for the PayPal fee. Cash is NOT accepted for deposits, only final payments. Failure to pay final payment on time will cancel your order. Please read invoice carefully before making payment.

$50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER
 is required for all orders to hold your date. Deposits are non-refundable as we begin preparations immediately AND non-transferable. ONLY a deposit can secure your spot. Payment of the deposit confirms your invoice is correct. READ your invoice BEFORE paying. 

After you have inquired and your quote has been given
, you will have 48 hours to pay the minimum deposit. If the deposit has not been paid within 48 hours the date will become available to the next client. No dates are guaranteed without a deposit.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER - The final date for any order changes (size, flavor, design) is 14 days prior to the event date. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.​

There are additional fees for extra add-ons such as Figurine Characters
, Flowers, Fruit, Crowns, Custom Toppers, Images, etc. Each item is priced differently depending on the size and amount of details. 

Delivery Charges: Start at $25.00 and up depending on the mile radius.

Pick Up PolicyYou assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake and/or desserts once it leaves Grand Butta's possession. Please follow the Cake Care Instructions sent via email and taped to your cake box. If you elect to pick up a large stacked cake you must sign a pick up waiver stating you assume full responsibility and will not receive a refund of any amount.

Delivery & Setup policy: Grand Butta is not responsible for any damage to the cake and/or dessert after setup is complete. It is your responsibility to make sure your table, pedestals and/or swings are stable and secure.

Disclaimer: Grand Butta does not do "EXACT".  Although inspirational photos are welcome, Grand Butta specialize in custom designs. Unless it’s our own design. Our custom designs are to fit for each customer based on the color scheme, theme and additional request by the client.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Grand Butta has a NO REFUND policy. If the issue is on our end, the matter will be handled accordingly. Once your order has left Grand Butta's possession, we are NOT responsible for any damages. Additional charges apply for repairs, if we are available. In the event that you may have to cancel or reschedule your event due to COVID, Family Emergency, Government Shutdown or Any Acts of God you will be able to use that balance towards a future order within 12 months. Please be advised that your credit expires in 12 months and no money will be returned.
